Contact us and tell us about the property to be photographed. We will provide you with a quote and schedule a time for the 3D imaging.
Prepare the space for imaging. Remove items and objects from the area that you do not want to be publicly displayed. Note that the virtual presentation can reveal everything almost as clearly as in real life. We will blur faces in photos and such to make them unrecognizable. If the photographer notices any sensitive items in the space during the work, they will hide the item for the duration of the shoot.
Our photographer will arrive at the agreed time and carefully capture the property. The photography work will take from a few hours to several working days, depending on the size of the property. Before finishing the photography process, the photographer ensures that the work is done with high quality, and the virtual space will be top-notch
We will provide you with a link and an embed code for the finished 3D virtual presentation within two business days of the shoot. If the client wants to add effects to the presentation, we will schedule a consultation and plan the implementation of the effects together. Adding effects will take from a few hours to a couple of working days, depending on the property and the number of effects.
The price of the imaging is tiered according to the area of the property.
